In 2012, we upgraded four outdated traditional playgrounds at different child care centers for the Wayne County Action Program with our nature inspired models. In 2016, we completed the final project for Wayne County, officially replacing every one of their steel or plastic playgrounds with our cedar playgrounds. All of the projects were completed on-time and under budget. But that’s not the most important part of this story….

It seems funny not having talked to you in the last couple of weeks. Thank you and all of your crew for all of the wonderful playgrounds. We really appreciated how accommodating you were.
I also wanted to share a feel good story about your playground. At our Wayne CAP Head Start Program center when we first went there to do the measurements there was a little boy who walked around on his own singing. He didn’t play on the equipment and really didn’t interact with the other children. When I went back to the center after the new playground was put in I had to verify with the teacher that it was the same boy. He was on the playground, smiling, talking with the other children and very busy. This brought tears to my eyes, how much this change affected this little guy. I just had to share that with you. Again, thank you very much and we have already recommended you to other programs and will continue to do so. All the best.
