Every log is domed on each end, sanded and notched to form interconnections. Logs frequently have non structural cracks called checking, which adds to the organic character of the borders.  There are holes drilled through at the center of each border accept a 24″ galvanized anchor stake. Logs are slightly planed flat on one side, then stacked two high and fastened at our shop in a staggered pattern. This staggered design allows them to overlap the next border to form awesome free form patterns which will contain up to 12″ of loose fill material, but only when tapered off towards the edges.

Standard Spec: Made from renewable, debarked and sanded Natural Northern White Cedar Trees and stained brown. Size is 6′ tall (24″ in ground 48″ above ground) custom lengths available, approx 5″ in diameter. Each will have taper, a domed top and through hole.

Heavy Duty Rubber Swing and Slide Mats are not to be confused with our interlocking rubber tile). These mats are 4′ x 6′ x 2″ thick, and weight about 192 pounds each. They are the perfect wear mat to help prevent kick out from under swing sets and slide exits. One key feature of our mats is they weigh a lot so they stay in place much better than light weight mats that need to be staked down.
