We will produce a sketch which illustrates all of the custom options and accessories arranged just the way you want them. The pricing is open and honest, like ordering from a dinner menu. You set your own priorities, choose the options (with our coaching) and we will construct the perfect playground for you. After the project has been built in our shop we can put it on our trailer and bring it to you for installation. We travel far and wide to create the perfect play environment for children. If it is too costly for us to travel to your location, we can take the playground apart, crate it and ship it to you. Naturally the installation is a separate price and based upon the scope of the project, travel, access to the area and other site specific details.

Shipping, Delivery and Installation
Information
One thing our company values as much the quality of our unique playground products is reliable, first class installation. We are specialists, playground builders, masters of our trade. We are focused on building fantastic, nature inspired products which enhance children's' environments . . . period. So, whether the project is residential or commercial, local or long haul, our crews are first class all the way. Bears Playgrounds is a proud member of the following professional organizations (please visit our About Us page for more information):
We have installed our playgrounds as far away as California and Salt Lake City, Utah (for Timberland the boot company) and shipped as far away as Morocco (for the royal family). So if you want a Bears Playground we can certainly get you one. There are two common ways to get a playground to you: we can bring it and install it or we can ship it for others to install. (I suppose we can ship it and fly out to install it also, but this is rare). 1. LOCAL INSTALL: We can bring the playground in a semi built form and deliver it much like some companies deliver a hot tub. Basically, we load the semi built structure onto our tilting trailer and bring it into your backyard or commercial location. We usually travel with a Mini track loader (basically a walk behind, fork lift), tilt the trailer, slide the playground off and then install the toys. If the yard is too sensitive to drive on with our truck we can use our mini track loader (back yard fork lift). "Clear access pre-built" is our preferred method of install and is how we price our jobs. We can also take our pre built playground apart and carry back into the yard by hand for an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if this is necessary. 2. REGIONAL INSTALL: These are priced on a case by case bases. Price is usually calculated based upon our local install charge plus a calculation for mileage, hotels, etc. Some customers really like the idea of having The Bears Playground Crew do the install. Our crews are really, really good at this!!! In the past 12 months we have traveled to Tennessee, Chicago, Virginia, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Long Island, Massachusetts, etc. 3. REGIONAL / NATIONAL / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We will build your playground in our shop to make sure everything is just right. Then we take it apart and load it up into a really big create or two or three depending upon the model. Then we load it on a tractor trailer truck (common carrier) and send it on it's way for installation by others. Building your playground in our shop is an extra Quality Control Step that we take to help ensure your playground is just right. It also makes it possible for us to ship you larger assembled sections, instead of a pile of lumber and a pile of hardware (like many of our competitors do). Installation is much simpler than may by other brands because of this step. Local Install:
A great percentage of our work is local to the greater Rochester, NY and Finger Lakes region of Upstate, Western, NY between Buffalo, Syracuse and Corning. Charges for local install vary with the model chosen and the complexity of the install (i.e. access to the back yard with our moving equipment, is site prep. required, etc). Installation of Safety Surfacing Package if requested is additional.
Regional Delivered & Installed:
It is more expensive than just shipping you the playground but very common for us to deliver and install projects within a large delivery range. It is possible for us to deliver and install projects within this delivery area.
